Add a battlecard for a competitor
Write what to say when a caller names a competitor, so agents see the answer mid-call.

Steps
- Open Campaigns › Scripts and scroll to Battlecards.
- Enter the Competitor and What they are good at.
- Write What we say and the Proof behind it.
- Press Add.

Fill in Competitor first.
