Answer the questions callers asked
See every question callers asked, grouped with how often, and write the answers that are missing.

Open this screen
Steps
- Open Sources › Suggestions and set View to Caller questions.
- Choose an agent or All agents, and Show Needs an answer, Answered or Dismissed.
- Read the tiles: Questions asked, Needs an answer and Answered.
- On a question without an answer, press Write the answer, write The agent's answer and press Add as Q&A.
- Press Dismiss for questions you will not answer.

Tips
- Questions answered from your sources become cited Q&A on their own.
Good to know
- A question without an answer waits here; no answer is made up.
- Members can read sources; only workspace managers can add, change or delete them.
