Troubleshooting
The banner says “Sending is not connected yet.”
No messaging provider is connected for your organisation, so a campaign stays a draft and nothing is sent.
The banner says LINE is connected but sending is switched off.
The operator's switch for campaign sending is off on this service. Nothing is sent until the operator switches it on.
Tips
- Calling campaigns for the dialer are on Campaigns › Call campaigns; the link in the banner goes there.
Good to know
- Sending is off until an operator turns it on. SMS is a separate switch and is off until an operator turns it on.
- LINE campaigns go only to people who messaged your LINE account first, one to one; group rooms are never sent to.
