A contact is skipped as unsubscribed or do-not-call
Understand why a person is left out of a campaign or a text, and when that can change.
Where to find it
Campaigns › New campaign › Unsubscribed
Open this screen
Steps
- Find the person's reason in the campaign details or the skipped list.
- Check the Unsubscribed tab and the contact's stage on Prospects.
- Change nothing unless the person asked to hear from you again; then use “Allow again” or update the do-not-call list.
Troubleshooting
Skipped as “Asked to stop”.
The person replied STOP or 配信停止 (or 停止 for SMS). They get no campaign until they opt in again.
Skipped as “On the do-not-call list”.
The contact is at the stage Do not call or the number is on your do-not-call list. Remove it in Do-not-call & rules only with the person's agreement.
Skipped as “No SMS consent on file”.
SMS marketing needs a consent on file that is granted, not withdrawn and not expired.
“Allow again” is refused with “This person asked to stop by SMS. Only their own START reply lets messages reach them again.”
Only the person's own START (再開) reply lifts an SMS STOP.
Tips
- A STOP reply also withdraws the SMS consent at once.
Good to know
- Call never sends a campaign to anyone on these lists, whatever the campaign settings.
