| Search campaigns | Matches the campaign name and channel. | — |
| All statuses | Shows only one status. | All statuses |
| Send now / Stop | Send now works only when the channel can send (LINE connected and switched on, or the SMS gate open); otherwise it is off and says why. | — |

Troubleshooting
“Send now” is greyed out with “SMS sending isn't enabled yet.”
SMS is off until an operator turns it on for the service and your organisation.
Send shows “Everyone this campaign can reach has already received it.”
Nobody new can be reached; the campaign is not sent twice to the same person.
Send shows “This campaign is already sending.”
Wait for it to finish, or press “Stop”.
Tips
- While a campaign is sending, the counts refresh by themselves every few seconds.
Good to know
- An SMS recipient is held, not dropped, between 21:00 and 08:00 in their own time zone and when the daily SMS limit is reached.
