See who unsubscribed
Check who asked to stop your campaigns and, only when they ask, let them receive messages again.
Where to find it
Campaigns › Message campaigns › Unsubscribed
Open this screen
Steps
- Open Campaigns › Message campaigns and choose the “Unsubscribed” tab.
- Read the list: each person, the channel and the date they asked to stop.
- Only if the person asked to receive your messages again, press “Allow again” (owners, admins and managers).
- Confirm with “Allow again” in the dialog.
Settings on this screen
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Unsubscribed list | People who replied STOP or 配信停止. No campaign is ever sent to them. | — |
| Allow again | Removes the person from the list. Not offered for someone who stopped SMS by their own reply or through their carrier. | — |
Troubleshooting
There is no “Allow again” for a person.
They stopped SMS themselves. Only their own START reply lets messages reach them again.
“Allow again” shows “This person asked to stop by SMS…”.
Same reason: their own STOP reply can only be undone by their START reply.
Tips
- A STOP reply works at once, on every campaign.
Good to know
- Allowing someone again does not send them anything by itself.
