Manage AI call campaigns

Keep what your AI agent does on outbound calls as named campaigns, and make calling batches from them.

Where to find it

Campaigns › Message campaigns › Call campaigns

Open this screen
The Call campaigns tab listing campaigns with AI agent, purpose and batch count, and New batch and Delete buttons.

Steps

  1. Open Campaigns › Message campaigns and choose the “Call campaigns” tab.
  2. Read each campaign's AI agent, the purpose of the call (or the script it follows) and how many batches use it.
  3. Press “New call campaign” to create one, or “New batch” to open Outbound call agents with this campaign chosen.
  4. Press “Delete” to remove a campaign; batches made from it keep their own copy.

Settings on this screen

SettingWhat it doesDefault
AI agentThe agent whose knowledge base answers the calls. A warning shows when its knowledge base has 0 passages.—
Purpose of the callThe campaign's goal, or “Follows the script …” when it follows a saved script.—
BatchesHow many calling batches were made from the campaign.—
New call campaign / New batch / DeleteManagers only.—

Troubleshooting

A campaign shows “0 passages”.

Its AI agent has nothing in its knowledge base yet, so it has little to answer from. Add sources to the agent first.

Creating fails with “This organisation has reached its limit of 200 call campaigns.”

Delete campaigns you no longer use, then try again.

Tips

  • Changing a campaign does not change batches already made; each batch carries its own copy.

Good to know

  • Nothing on this tab dials. A batch calls only when a manager starts it on Outbound call agents, through every call check.
