Follow up cold-call outcomes and leads

Switched off until an operator turns it on

See how each cold call ended, move leads through the pipeline, schedule a call back, and call an interested lead back yourself.

Where to find it

Campaigns › Cold calls › Pipeline

Open this screen
The Pipeline tab: five columns of lead cards with Move to, Call back at and Call back now.

Steps

  1. Open Campaigns › Cold calls, the Outcomes tab, choose the Campaign and read each call's Result, In their words and Talk time.
  2. Open the Pipeline tab. Each lead shows what they want, their objections and the best time they said.
  3. Drag a lead to another column, or choose a stage in Move to (New, Interested, Call back, Won, Lost).
  4. To plan a call back, set Call back at and leave the field.
  5. Press Call back now: your phone rings first, then the person is connected.

Troubleshooting

Call back now is greyed out.

Verify your phone in Settings first. It is also off for leads in Lost.

Tips

  • A refusal (a Do-not-call request or Not interested) and a wrong number put the number on your do-not-call list, so it is never cold-called again.

Good to know

  • Cold calls are off until the platform operator turns them on, for the whole service or for your organisation only, and reviews your organisation; your organisation's own switch must be on too.
  • Moving leads and calling back needs the admin or manager role.
