See arrivals by hour and campaign economics
See at which hours calls arrive on an average day and, for managers, what each campaign costs per sale.
Where to find it
Home › Reports › Patterns
Open this screenSteps
- Open 🏠 Home › Reports and choose the “Patterns” tab.
- Read “Arrivals by hour”: one bar per hour, the average number of calls per day over the last 30 days. Hover a bar to see the number.
- Admins and managers also see “Campaign economics”: Calls, Sales, Close rate, Labour cost, Cost per sale and ROI for each campaign.

Troubleshooting
I do not see “Campaign economics”.
It is shown to admins and managers only, and only when a campaign has calls in the last 30 days.
Tips
- Use the busiest hours here when you plan shifts in Workforce.
Good to know
- Labour cost is an estimate: talk time multiplied by one standard hourly cost set for the service, not each agent’s pay.
Related how-tos
- Reports See how your calls are going, from half-hour intervals and agent scorecards to reports you build, save and send by email.
- Call campaigns Group your calling work: each campaign sells one product or service to one list, with a daily call target and its progress.
- Workforce Compare the staff you need with the staff you have scheduled for a day, see the roster and how closely people kept to it.
