Call campaigns

Group your calling work: each campaign sells one product or service to one list, with a daily call target and its progress.

Where to find it

Campaigns › Call campaigns

Open this screen
Call campaigns with the Calling and SMS tabs and campaign cards showing prospects, calls, sales and today's progress.

Steps

  1. Open 📣 Campaigns › Call campaigns. The “Calling” tab lists your campaigns as cards.
  2. Press “New campaign” to create one (owners, admins and managers).
  3. Put contacts into a campaign from Prospects: choose the campaign in a contact's form, or when you import a CSV.
  4. Use “Activate”, “Pause” and “Mark done” on a card to change its status.
  5. Open the “SMS” tab for text campaigns to a list of numbers (off until an operator turns SMS on).

Troubleshooting

I do not see “New campaign” or the status buttons.

Agents can view campaigns but not create or change them. Ask an owner, admin or manager.

The “Today” figure stays at 0.

It counts calls made today that are linked to this campaign. Calls are linked when the contact belongs to the campaign.

Tips

  • To say what the AI agent does on its calls, use Message campaigns › Call campaigns (an AI agent and its calling instructions) or a script.

Good to know

  • This page does not dial by itself; calls are placed from the dialer, Outbound call agents or a contact's page, through every call check.
