See call-backs waiting
See the call-backs your queues have promised, which are overdue, and open them where they are worked.
Where to find it
Calls › Calendar › Call-backs
Open this screenSteps
- Open 📞 Calls › Calendar.
- Choose the “Call-backs” tab.
- Read each row: who, the queue, the promised time (marked overdue when late) and the attempts so far.
- Press “Open in Inbound ops” to work the call-back there.
Troubleshooting
It says “No call-backs waiting.”
No call-back is waiting in your queues right now.
Tips
- Call-backs requested on the online booking page land here too.
Good to know
- A call-back has no time slot; it is measured against the queue’s call-back target, not the diary.
