Troubleshooting
It says “Nothing is bookable online at the moment.”
No service is set up for online booking. Bookable services are added by your platform operator.
It says “No published rota covers the next few weeks, so no online slots can be offered. Publish the schedule first.”
Times are offered only where a published rota has people on shift.
It says “That slot was taken while you were choosing. Please pick another.”
Someone booked the same time first; choose another time.
It says “That number is on our do-not-call list. If that is wrong, please call us and we will correct it.”
The number is on your do-not-call list, so no call-back is created.
It says “Too many attempts. Try again shortly.”
Too many requests came from the same number in a short time. Wait and try again.
Tips
- Without a chosen time, a call-back waits in the queue and is taken in turn.
Good to know
- Online slots appear only after a bookable service exists and a published rota covers the coming weeks.
- A booking made here is Pending until your team confirms it.
