Customer portal: bookings
A private link for one customer that shows their bookings, messages and calls, and lets them change a booking where you allow it.
Where to find it
Customer portal: bookings
Open this screen
Steps
- Open the contact and issue a customer portal link.
- Send the link to the customer. Issuing a new link withdraws the old one.
- The customer sees their upcoming and past bookings, with times on your business clock.
- Where your rules allow it, they can move a booking to an open time or cancel it; otherwise they can send you a change request.
- You get an email and see the change under Calendar > Customer portal and on the contact's timeline.
Tips
- Only times that are really open are offered: your line's hours and holidays, minus bookings already made.
Good to know
- Moving, cancelling and booking stay off until you turn them on.
- A moved booking is pending until staff confirm it.
- Anyone with the link can open it until it expires or you withdraw it.
