Troubleshooting
“The export could not be produced.”
The file could not be made. Try again; if it repeats, reload the page.
Japanese text looks garbled in Excel.
The AI call history file starts with a byte-order mark so Excel reads it as UTF-8. For other files, open them with the UTF-8 import option.
Tips
- The export only ever contains your own workspace's calls.
Good to know
- Export activity always covers the last 30 days from today.
