Open more features from Home (Unlock more features)
Find the plan options and the features you can use now from one block on Easy mode's Home.

Essentials › Home › Unlock more features (Easy mode)
Open this screenSteps
- Open “Home” under Essentials in Easy mode and scroll to “Unlock more features”.
- The first three tiles, “Have a person also take calls”, “Make outbound calls” and “Get a landline number”, open Plan & options, where you see what each needs.
- The other tiles open the feature itself: “Add what your agent should know”, “Choose or record a voice”, “Test your agent on screen”, “Edit call scripts as a diagram”, “Track follow-ups as tickets”, “See call reports” and “Connect with the API”.
- Managers also see “Build an agent by describing it” (Composer); admins and managers also see “Listen in on live calls” (Supervisor).
- Press a tile to go there.
Troubleshooting
A tile someone mentioned is not on my Home.
Tiles for screens your role cannot open are left out: Composer is for managers, Supervisor for admins and managers.
Tips
- Every tile opens a screen that is also in the menu in Full mode.
Good to know
- Plan tiles only open Plan & options; nothing is bought or changed by pressing them.
