Troubleshooting
A number shows Refused.
The line under it names the rule, for example outside the permitted calling hours in the contact's local time, or on the suppression list. See the outbound refusal articles.
A call shows Voicemail and the number is waiting again.
The AI reached an answering machine, or nobody spoke and the AI left its short "we will call back" message and hung up. That call counts as a voicemail, not an answered call, so the batch calls the number again after the batch's retry gap (or once, an hour later, when the batch has no retries), within its calling hours.
Tips
- While a batch is calling, its figures refresh every 10 seconds.
Good to know
- Results come from the calls your agent placed to these numbers; numbers are matched by their digits.
