Troubleshooting
“No missed calls in this period.”
Nothing was missed in that period. Choose “All” to look further back.
“Every call in this period is handled.”
All calls in the period are marked handled.
“Could not save. Please try again.”
The handled mark was not saved. Try again; if it repeats, reload the page.
There is no “Call back” button on a call.
It shows only on incoming calls with a number; a withheld number shows “Number withheld”.
Tips
- “Supervisor listening” or “Supervisor on the call” on a live call is shown to staff only; the caller is never told.
Good to know
- “Call back” uses the device you are on, so the caller sees that device's number, not your line's.
