Carrier, stuck calls and voice quality

Understand the health cards and the voice quality table on the Phone numbers page.

Where to find it

Settings › Phone numbers (top of the page and Voice quality)

Open this screen
The Carrier, stuck calls and voice quality screen on a computer

Steps

  1. Open Settings › Phone numbers.
  2. Carrier shows the carrier in use; red means it is not healthy right now.
  3. Stuck calls counts calls that did not end properly, with the failures in the last hour.
  4. Voice quality lists each agent's call audio over the last 7 days, with a diagnosis. A low MOS or high jitter or packet loss usually means a weak network.
  5. Carriers lists each carrier's priority, health and calls in the last 30 days.

Troubleshooting

Carrier says it is not connected yet.

No carrier is connected for this service yet, so no real calls run.

Tips

  • Headsets on a wired connection usually score better than over Wi-Fi.

Good to know

  • Rates per minute and the carrier event log are shown only to the platform operator.
