Troubleshooting

“This agent answers no phone line yet. Choose it for a line under Line & status.”

In Line & status, choose this agent under Answered by for a line, then test again.

“This organisation has no phone line yet.”

Create a line with the Setup wizard first.

Tips

  • To check answers without a phone call, use Open playground instead.
  • Test outbound readiness (under the test call) checks, without dialing anyone, what an AI call from this line needs: the number at the carrier, the caller ID, the public address, the AI agent, its knowledge base and voice, the opening AI disclosure and the calling rules. Each failed check says how to fix it.

Good to know

  • Each test is a real, billed call.
  • Test call appears only on agents that answer a phone line.
