Revenue

See your pipeline as money: the weighted forecast, quotes, contracts and renewals, how fast leads are called, and duplicate or at-risk records.

Where to find it

Campaigns › Revenue

Open this screen
Revenue with the four tiles, the Why we lost table and the Forecast tab's weighted pipeline.

Steps

  1. Open 📣 Campaigns › Revenue.
  2. Read the four tiles at the top: “Weighted forecast”, “Renewals within 60 days”, “Speed to lead” and “Stale deals”.
  3. If your team records loss reasons, “Why we lost” ranks them by the value of the deals lost.
  4. Use the tabs “Forecast”, “Quotes”, “Contracts”, “Leads” and “Data hygiene”.

Troubleshooting

“Why we lost” is missing.

It appears only once deals have been marked lost with a reason (Mark lost on a contact).

All figures are zero.

They are built from your contacts' stages and deal values. Add deal values on Prospects and move deals through the stages.

Tips

  • Stage probabilities and expected ages come from your pipeline stages in CRM setup.

Good to know

  • Figures show only what your team records; Call does not take payments or issue invoices.
