Merge duplicates and see churn risk
Merge contacts that share a phone number or email without losing history, and see which accounts risk leaving.
Where to find it
Campaigns › Revenue › Data hygiene
Open this screen
Steps
- Open Campaigns › Revenue on the “Data hygiene” tab.
- Under “Duplicates”, each row is a phone number or email shared by several records, with their ids.
- Press “Merge”. The dialog marks the first record “keep” and the others “merge”.
- Press the merge button in the dialog. A toast says how many duplicates were merged.
- Below, “Churn risk” lists accounts with the days since the last contact, the risk and why.
Settings on this screen
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Duplicates | Matched by the same phone number or the same email (case ignored); up to 50 groups of each. | — |
| Merge | Moves call history, notes, tasks and consent onto the kept record, keeps the other number as a secondary, fills the kept record's blank fields, then removes the others. | — |
Troubleshooting
The wrong record was kept.
The first record in the group is always the one kept. Check the ids before merging; a merge cannot be undone from this page.
Tips
- Merge after a CSV import that brought in the same people twice.
Good to know
- Merging cannot be undone here.
