Troubleshooting
"No rules — every caller is answered in the order they arrived."
There are no priority rules yet; callers are answered first come, first served.
"You do not have permission for this action."
The rule is shared with all organisations, or you are not an administrator or manager.
Tips
- Every call keeps the reason it was moved up, so you can see later why it was answered first (Queue operations shows it).
Good to know
- Rules added here apply to every queue.
- Adding and removing is for administrators and managers; everyone else sees the list.
Related how-tos
- Routing rules Decide who is answered first, which queue a call lands in by the caller's area, and see what waiting callers are offered.
- See the answer order and drain a queue See the order waiting callers will be answered in and why, and move everyone waiting to call-backs when needed.
- Queues & SLA Watch calls waiting, the service level and live calls per queue, and configure each queue's targets, hours and routing.
